RESTAURANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings at 4:30pm, 4:45pm, 5pm and 5:30pm are for 1.5 hours from your reservation time.
Bookings from 6pm onwards are for 2 hours.

Reservations for 1–2 guests are seated at the dining bar, if you would like a table please request upon booking.

If you need space for a pram or highchair, please note this when booking. We are a tightly spaced restaurant and cannot always accommodate these requests.

Group of 8 or more:

Groups of 8 or more adults must choose one of our set menus. This also applies if extra guests arrive and your group increases to 8 or more.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements, as we can tailor our set menus to suit your guests needs. All guests are required to participate in the selected Omakase menu, and final numbers must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your reservation. Additional dishes can be ordered on the night.

IMPORTANT DINING INFORMATIONS

We allow a 15 minute grace period. Please call if you are running more than 15 minutes late.

10% surcharge on Sundays
15% surcharge on public holidays
7% group service charge for bookings of 10+ guests

One bill per table.

PARKING

Due to railway construction on the Gold Coast Highway, street parking near Etsu Izakaya is limited. Please allow extra time to find parking on nearby side streets.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

Please note that credit card details are required to secure your reservation. Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours, or no shows, will incur a $50 fee per person not attending, charged to your card.
